EU AI Act conformity
Guidance on risk classification, conformity pathways, and drafting technical and transparency documentation for regulatory submission.
AI Ethics & Compliance Counsel
Strategic legal consulting for AI-focused companies — from risk classification under EU AI Act norms to GDPR-focused cross-border data governance; audit-ready, internationally standardized legal opinion.
The practice
We enable technology companies to translate rapidly evolving global AI regulations into clear, legally defensible, and commercially enforceable decisions. Our work blends the rigor of international contract and technology law with the practical development processes of algorithms to ensure that compliance steps confidently support, rather than slow down, your product roadmap.
Our legal opinions are never abstract recommendations open to interpretation. The process is clear and documented: an operational legal gap analysis that your company can act upon quickly, and a signed compliance statement that you can present to investors, international business partners, and regulatory bodies.

The vast majority of debates surrounding the Artificial Intelligence (AI) revolution are understandably framed around the fear of job displacement. In the first part of our report, we examined the magnitude of this threat by mapping Turkey's sectoral risks. However, human history demonstrates that technological revolutions consistently create a greater number of higher-skilled jobs than they destroy. The invention of the printing press may have left scribes unemployed, but it spawned massive publishing, journalism, and library sectors. A prospective Turkish AI Act must not only be designed with a defensive reflex to protect existing employment, but also with an offensive vision to capture a share of the global pie in the entirely new business sectors AI will generate. Turkey possesses significant strategic advantages to adopt this "New Collar" employment model that will be created by artificial intelligence.
The Artificial Intelligence (AI) revolution, much like the Industrial Revolution, is fundamentally rewriting the paradigms of production. However, this time, it is not just physical labor at risk, but cognitive and analytical human effort as well. For countries with young and dynamic labor forces like Turkey, adopting AI is a necessity for global competitiveness, but this integration requires legal guardrails so it doesn't spiral into an "employment crisis."
